(a) Welcome to Perineal Massage Coach. The Application is a guided perineal massage and pelvic floor exercise program, incorporating educational articles, session tracking, and personalised scheduling to support pregnancy preparation.
(b) The Application is operated by Perineal Massage Coach. Access to and use of the Application, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Perineal Massage Coach. Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Application, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Application immediately.
(c) Perineal Massage Coach reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When Perineal Massage Coach updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.
(a) You accept the Terms by remaining on the Application. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Perineal Massage Coach in the user interface.
(a) In order to access the Service, you must first make a one-time purchase through the Application and pay the applicable fee.
(b) Details of our one-time purchase will be published on our website. The Service and the purchase price may change from time to time to reflect updates in the Services provided. Any such change applies to new purchases and does not affect access you have already bought.
(c) Access link: Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a personalised access link by email. This link is time-limited and will expire after first use or after a set period, whichever occurs first. The access link is issued to you personally and is linked to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is non-transferable and must not be shared with, forwarded to, or used by any other person. If your link expires through normal use, you change devices, or you otherwise lose access, Perineal Massage Coach can reissue a new link to the email address associated with your purchase. Requests for reissue should be directed to info@perinealmassagecoach.au.
(d) As part of accessing the Service, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including but not limited to:
(f) You warrant that any information you give to Perineal Massage Coach in the course of making your purchase or requesting access will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
(g) Once you have completed your purchase and received your access link, you will be a Member of Perineal Massage Coach and agree to be bound by the Terms. As a Member you will be granted access to the Services from the time your access link is activated.
(h) Non-transferable access: Each access link is issued to a single purchaser only. Forwarding, sharing, or otherwise making your access link available to any third party who has not paid for access is a breach of these Terms. Perineal Massage Coach reserves the right to immediately cancel any access link that it reasonably believes has been shared or used by an unauthorised person, without refund.
(i) Technical safeguards: Access to the Service is managed through a personal licensing and access system. Technical measures are in place to detect and limit unauthorised access, sharing or duplication. Attempting to share, copy or circumvent these measures may result in your access being suspended or cancelled without refund, and may constitute a breach of these Terms.
(j) You may not use the Service and may not accept the Terms if:

(a) All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using an online payment platform (e.g. Stripe). In using the Application, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the relevant payment platform’s Terms and Conditions which are available on their website.
(b) You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Purchase Price is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Purchase Price.
(a) Perineal Massage Coach will only provide you with a refund of the Purchase Price in the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Perineal Massage Coach makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances.
(b) Any benefits set out in these Terms may apply in addition to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Perineal Massage Coach retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Application and all related Services. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Application will transfer any business name, trading name, domain name, trade mark, industrial design, patent, registered design or copyright.
You may not, without prior written permission of Perineal Massage Coach, broadcast, republish, upload, transmit, post, distribute, show, adapt or change the Services in any way for any purpose, unless otherwise provided by these Terms.
Perineal Massage Coach takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Application and/or Services is subject to Perineal Massage Coach’s Privacy Policy. All health-related data you enter into the Application (including your goals, session records, schedule, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your own device and is never transmitted to or accessible by any external server, cloud service, or third party. Your email address is collected separately and held securely solely for the purpose of reissuing your access link if required; it is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties. You may delete all on-device data at any time via Profile › Settings › Delete all my data. To request deletion of your email address from our records, please contact info@perinealmassagecoach.au.
Important: The Application and Services provided by Perineal Massage Coach are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical consultation.
(b) The content provided through the Application, including exercise programs, instructional audio, written guidance, and educational materials, is general in nature and may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances.

(d) You must immediately cease use of the Application and seek medical advice if you experience pain, bleeding, contractions, dizziness, unusual discharge, neurological symptoms, or any other concerning symptom.
(e) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perineal Massage Coach disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, complication, adverse pregnancy outcome, pelvic injury, or health consequence arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Application or Services.
Perineal Massage Coach’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.
(a) Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which by law may not be limited or excluded.

(b) You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Application or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
(c) You submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without reference to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, proceeding or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be determined in accordance with the laws of Victoria.
